My name is Timothy Fiore

I am currently employed with William Beaumont Hospitals, located in southeast Michigan as a Computer Support Specialist. There, I do extensive work with their Information Services department on the Ambulatory Support Help Desk. Some of my responsibilities are assisting customers with hardware and software related issues, creating various documents for use by IT Support staff as well as end-users, and Installation and configuration of hardware and software.

I have a vast knowledge of computer and network experience gained over 6 years of working with system building, systems administration, component cost benefit analysis, computer networking and web page design and development. I work regularly with Microsoft Windows based operating systems including Windows 2000, XP, Vista and 7 along with a working knowledge of Apple's OSX operating system.
